Flatten one ball with hand; roll to 1/8 inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with graduated sized star cookie cutters. Repeat using remaining dough. Bake large cookies together on ungreased cookie sheet 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. COol cookies 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Repeat with smaller cookies, testing for doneness at minimum bake time.

Makes 2-3 dozen cookies.
Tip- If assorted star cookie cutters are not available, use your favourite assorted cookie cutters. Stack cookies into one large “tree” or stack into small trees using 3 to 5 cookies per tree.
