Dried Plums

  1. Put about 10 dried plums in water and leave them over night. In the morning, on empty stomach, eat all the plums and drink the water they have been in. Do this every day, until the digestive system is stabilized.
  2. Boil 3 dried plums every night. Eat them before sleeping and drink the water. Do this every day for longer period and the problems with hemorrhoids and constipation will disappear.

Flax Seed

Grind the flax seed. Take 1 teaspoon of it and pour it with 2 dl yoghurt or water. Leave it 3 hours, so the seed can absorb well. Take it 2 times a day, but if your condition is worse, you can take it 3 times. Do this every day, and when the condition gets better, you can take it once daily but make sure it is in the morning hours.

10 Glass of Water Daily

The most popular remedy – warm water. As soon as you get up, drink two big glasses of warm water. During the day, you should drink 10 glass of water, especially one glass of water after every meal. The warm water stimulates the digestive system and it will flush out all the toxins from the body. This therapy requires couple of days.

A Glass of Warm Water with Lemon Juice and Salt

After you get up, take one teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice and add it in a glass of warm water. Add salt, like 1/4 of a teaspoon. The therapy should last as long as the condition gets better.

We hope some of these therapies will certainly help you.
